Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time are subject to a £5 per person charge unless you notify us by phone.
If you need to cancel within this window, you may rebook for another time to avoid the charge – please call us directly to rearrange.

No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive within 20 minutes of the booking time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged £10 per person.

Reservations
All reservations made through our online system are for food tables only.
Drinks tables are walk-in only, subject to availability.
A valid card must be registered via our secure gateway at the time of booking.
Please note: no payment is taken unless a late cancellation or no-show occurs.

Phone Bookings
For reservations made by phone, a secure payment link will be sent via email.
Failure to enter your card details within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

Group Bookings (6+ people)
A minimum of 3 plates per person is required.
Available booking times for large groups are 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

Billing Policy
We do not offer split bills.

Special Occasions & Large Parties
Please call us directly for bookings related to special occasions or parties of 6 or more.
